Wouldn't it be a great idea to be jumped over by a horse?

We jumped on the idea to make the video and contacted close friends, but with timing a communication break down we needed something on a more professional level.

After numerous messages and phone calls we finally arranged a film shoot with the help from our friend Kayde with a pro rider through Tredstep Ireland.

The experience is a little startling as a horse is coming right at you. You can't move, yet you know something interesting is about to happen. It's very different and has never been seen before.

Our camera was hit on one occasion with only minor damage, but without risking a lot of GoPros this video would never have been produced.

The Gopro cameras were setup in the non-waterproof freedom360 rig attached to a monopod mounted to tripod.

To view the real impact of this video watch it using your smartphone on a Virtual Reality headset - Google Cardboard, Samsung Gear VR to an Oculus Rift.

- Recorded using 6 GoPro Hero 4 Black - filming at 1440 - 80fps protune mode
- Riding location: Dublin, Ireland
- Ending scene location: Bruny Island Tasmania
- Resulting video resolution is in 4k for (4096x2048)
- Produced by 360 Thrill founder - Allan Dixon @daxon
