A surge of patriotism in Poland has resulted in increased demand for military classes in high schools.
The government is piloting 'formalised' army training in 109 schools across the country.
Teenagers study weapons, combat and first aid, alongside traditional lessons such as English and maths. Poland has a tense relationship with Russia, and its conflict in Ukraine stoked fears within Poland.
